Hello, I’m Paul

I photograph the days your family will still be talking about years from now: weddings and engagements, baptisms, first communions and confirmations, and portraits when someone just wants a good photograph of themselves. I work across Montreal and the Eastern Townships.

I started photography as a hobby. What I enjoy most, and what keeps me doing it, is the moment a family or a community comes together: a church slowly filling up, people who have not seen each other in years finding one another at the back, somebody’s grandmother being handed the baby. Those moments happen on their own and they do not last long, and being the person who catches them is a good way to spend a day.

The plan

We talk beforehand about the timeline, the people who matter most, and anything your church or venue asks of a photographer. On the day I arrive early and make sure the formal photographs you actually want get taken while everyone is still in one place.

Afterwards

You get a preview set within one to three days, and the full edited gallery within a week, as high resolution files you can print and share however you like.
